1. Available in denomination of Rs 500, Rs 1000 & Rs 5000, it is the perfect gift for any occasion.
2. This Certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
3. Customer’s participation in this scheme is purely voluntary.
4. This Certificate shall be redeemed as against Wills Lifestyle products only.
5. This certificate cannot be encashed.
6. If the price of the Wills Lifestyle product exceeds the face value of the Certificate, then the difference will have to paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
7. A Certificate can be redeemed only once.
8. Any unused balance on the Certificate cannot be encashed or refunded by ITC Limited.
9. ITC Limited reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of this scheme, at its sole discretion at any time during its validity with or without previous notifications and without assigning any reason.
10. All disputes arising out of or in connection with scheme are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the city of Gurgaon only to the exclusion of all other courts.
