Ingredients used:

  • Oats, 2 cups
  • Brown sugar, ½ cup
  • Sliced almonds, ¼ cup
  • Dark chocolate chips, ¼ cup
  • Honey, 2 tbsps.
  • Sweetened dried cranberries, ¼ cup
  • Peanut butter, 2 tbsps.
  • Butter flavoured spread, 2 tbsps.
  • Vanilla extract, 1 tsp.
  • Ground cinnamon, 1tsp
  • Salt, ¼ tsp.
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Preparation method:

Take saucepan and place over low heat. Now mix honey, brown sugar, spread, vanilla extract and peanut butter and stir them until mixes well. Then remove from heat. Take large bowl and mix salt, oats and cinnamon. Pour peanut butter mix into bowl and add almonds, cranberries and dark chocolate. Spoon mixture in 9”x13” baking dish using cooking spray! Then cook in a pre-heated oven of 175 degrees for around 15-18 minutes. Allow it to cool and serve!

  1. Choco Mint Fudge

Ingredients required:

  • Semi-sweet dark choco chips, 3 cups
  • Sweetened condensed milk, 1 ¾ cup
  • Crushed peppermint candies, ½ cup
  • Butter, ¼ cup
  • Pure mint extract, 1 ½ tsp.
  • Salt, 1 pinch

Preparation method:

Take microwave safe bowl and mix condensed milk, dark chocolate, mint extract, salt and butter. Stir until well combined. Melt in microwave keeping for 5-7 minutes over medium-high flame. Remove from heat. Mix with peppermint candies and pour mix in 8”x8” silicone baking dish. Then cover & refrigerate for about an hour to set. It is ready to be served.
