Lifestyle Gift Card – Terms and Conditions
Validity : 365 Days from the date of purchase
Terms & Conditions.
1. The Lifestyle Gift Card is valid for a period of one year from the date of issue or last reload of the card.
2. The card shall be deemed active upon loading of a minimum amount of Rs.500/-
3. Once activated, the card can be reloaded for a minimum value of Rs.50/-
4. The Gift Card is redeemable at all Lifestyle and Home Centre Stores within India.
5. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. The card cannot be redeemed on purchase of any Jewellery.
7. No replacement / compensation is permissible/payable for lost Gift Cards.
8. Mutilated or defaced Gift card/s will not be honoured.
9. Lifestyle reserves the right to alter any /all the terms and conditions of this Gift Card any time without prior notice. Any dispute shall be referred to Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd. (the Company) and the decision of the Company shall be final.
10. All disputes are subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction.
